Burgers packed with garlic flavor in every bite

Ingredients:

Beef:

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

Garlic Aioli:

  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Garlic Butter:

  • 1.5 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp Parsley

Burger:

  • Sliced Cheese
  • Buns
Instructions:
  1. In one bowl, mix ingredients for the Garlic Aioli.
  2. In another bowl mix ingredients for the Garlic Butter.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat (around 400F) for direct cooking.
  4. Mix beef with the seasonings, then roll into quarter pound balls.
  5. Put the burger balls onto the grill. Place a piece of parchment over the top and then firmly press with the spatula until the burger is flattened on the grill.
  6. Let cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until nicely charred.
  7. Flip the burger patty over and cooked until the other side is nicely charred.
  8. Flip the patty again, and top with a slice of cheese. Once melted, pull off and rest.
  9. Dip the inside of the burger buns into the garlic butter and toast on the grill.
  10. Make your burger using the buns, patties, aioli, and other desired toppings.
Notes:

I made these burgers without buns by coating the grill in garlic butter, cooking the patties on one side, flipping and coating the cooked side with garlic butter, then topping with cheese. I cooked up some summer veggies coated in oil, salt, and pepper, and cooking with the rest of the garlic butter. I at the patty dipped in aioli, with a side of the veggies and fresh pinapple.
