Philly Cheesesteak

Savory Philly Cheesesteak
Ingredients:
- 1.5 - 2 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak
- 2 bell peppers (red or green)
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 lb white mushrooms
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Hoagie buns
- Butter
- Garlic
Instructions:
- Cut the bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions into strips and pieces.
- Cut the steak into thin strips and pieces.
- Heat a large griddle and fry the veggies with oil until soft and browned. Remove veggies and set aside.
- Cook the steak strips with oil until brown and cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return veggies to the griddle with the steak strips and mix.
- Top the steak and veggies with the provolone slices and let melt.
- Meanwhile, cut and toast the hoagie buns with butter and garlic.
- Top the hoagies with the steak and veggies and enjoy!
